Where I started
At Wiz, I worked on the Caixa Seguradora Concierge PWA, an insurance-assistance application for mobile, tablet and desktop. My focus was UI design, high-fidelity prototypes and the design system. The service went on to win an award.
Customers needed to request assistance and follow its progress across devices. I worked on the screens, navigation and reusable components for those service flows.

What I did
The project started with the service itself
The team’s discovery work included expert interviews, shadowing in bank branches and user flows developed with users and the customer experience team. That was the context for my interface and prototyping work.
I designed the responsive screens and shared components
I developed the UI and high-fidelity prototypes across mobile, tablet and desktop, including reusable components, icons and navigation patterns. The original screens below show the request and tracking experience at different sizes.
